Synopsis
For two months on Friday nights in November and December, the historic Rocks district was transformed into a fairy light clad wonderland of historic sandstone alleys, lit up with free hula hooping lessons, meat carving and storytelling, and a rabbits-only bar. There were delightful performance experiences in every cobble stone laneway and the atmosphere was romantic and magical.
Each year I designed and presented a range of performance experiences inside our miniature circus tent, the Umbrella Theatre.
